Triax TMS 13x8C Multi Switch DETAILS

• Active and cascadable SAT-IF multi switch series for 3 SAT positions (12 SAT polarities + terrestrial) in versions with 8 to 24 subscriber outputs.
• For use only with Universal Quattro type LNC/LNBs. Colour coded inputs.
• Connects to 8 to 24 individual subscriber satellite receivers. The satellite receiver provides its own individual DC switching voltage to switch polarity and position on every subscriber output (13/18 VDC, 0/22 kHz and DiSEqC). No further DC power supply is required for switch to function.
• 3,5mm DC plug available for external DC power supply input (to source LNBs and Line AMPs via main trunk)
• Suitable for analogue and digital reception.
• The products are in conformity with the required safety standards which are fixed in the EU directive regarding the electromagnetic compatibility (89/336/EEC-EMC Directive) and the Low Voltage Directive (72/23/EEC).

SPECIFICATION

• All outputs on the multi switch that are not used should be terminated with 75 ohm terminators.
• DC supply for LNCs and/or Line Amplifier(s) can be done attaching an external power supply to any of the TMS13xC units. The switch itself only needs a receiver to work.
• Apply mains power to the installation power supply(es) only when all connections are done and there are no short circuits present (use a multi-meter to check and verify).
• Satellite receivers can now be connected and turned on. System is ready for use.
• To avoid disturbances and poor picture quality, please observe the output levels at the subscriber outlet and plan/design your installation accordingly:
